Gun Gale Online, V2.4 Revamped

So uh yeah. Welcome to GGO V2.4
Due to the Deathgun incident, GGO had to revamp the entire game, the playerbase was reset and the maps changed. All of the features the first GGO had still exist, though the stats have somewhat changed and there is now a class system.

Skills
First Shot Blindness (removes the Prediction Line for the first shot of any gun)
Sniper Mastery (+25% damage if wielding a Sniper Rifle)
Pistol Mastery (Increases chance of landing a critical if wielding a Pistol as a Primary Weapon)
Machine Gun Mastery (+15% damage if wielding and Machine Gun)
Shotgun Mastery (+5% Speed if wielding a Shotgun)
Rifle Mastery (Increased reaction time if wielding an Assault Rifle)
Starburst Nova (Releases a powerful nova at your target when activated)
Rapid Fire (Increases rate of fire for 20 seconds when activated)
Stealth (Makes player invisible to other players when activated, cannot be activated if combat locked with another player, reduces speed by 25%)
Corrupted Shimmer (Costs 25% of your health, heals party for 75% of health lost)
Vampiric Slaughter (Costs 30% of your health, every shot heals you for 45% of damage done)
Heroic Defense (Increases Defense and Endurance of party members within 50m, entire party is healed 50% of their max health)
Courage of Ten Men (Increases your threat level; forces players to target you, makes mobs more likely to target you)
Bloodsuck Slash (Sword Skill. Deals damage and absorbs some health from the target.)
Starburst Combo (Gun Skill. Damage and rate or fire varies on the weapon equipped. Deals massive damage to monsters and moderate damage to players. Hits 8 times. Colour varies on PK level, ranging from light blue (No PK levels) to Black (High PK levels))
Custom Skill (Limited to 2 per character, can be anything you wish so long as it isn't gamebreakingly over powered)

Ultimate Skills (Note: these skills create a bright light that gives away your position, they also have extremely long cooldowns and cast times and you can only have 1)
Starburst Halestorm (Creates a halestorm of stars, colour varies on PK level. Gold if you have no PK points, Black if you have any PK points, deals a massive amount of damage, need to wait 10 hours before you can use it again, takes 10 seconds to cast.)
Frenzied Bloodstorm (Releases 5 shockwaves made of blood, each dealing heavy damage and causing anyone not in the players party to bleed, need to wait 8 hours before you can use it again, takes 7 seconds to cast.)
Corrupted Seizure (Summons a mass of chains to bind and move the target, deals moderate damage though more damage can be inflicted if the players throws their target around, need to wait 12 hours before you can use it again, takes 4 seconds to cast.)
Bloodsuck Dance (Requires a blade, cuts the target 50 times dealing moderate damage with each hit, absorbs 0.5% health per 2 hits, requires 10 hours before you can use it again, takes 2 seconds cast, takes 5 seconds to complete (10 hits per 1 second).)
Vampiric Genocide (Costs 60% health, boosts damage by 100%, each shot heals you 40% of damage done, lasts 30 seconds, need to wait 6 hours before you can use it again, takes 4 seconds to cast.)
Shimmering Fire (Creates a massive storm of fire that obliterates enemies, one-hit kill, takes 72 hours to cooldown, takes 20 seconds to cast.)
(Note: all of these skills have their damage nulled on bosses; meaning they won't damage them.)

Strandard RP rules
Do not kill another OC without permission, however this is a game, respawns are allowed.
It is openworld, expect me to force NPCs to attack you at some point.
You can either be new to GGO or somewhat familiar; you can make your OC anywhere between levels 1-10.
The level cap is 150.
Head-shots are an automatic crit, meaning that it may not kill them the first time, but will still do tons of damage.
Battles will be supervised by me.
You reap what you sow, if you hit someone with a bullet or sword, they can hit back. Constant dodging will not be tolerated.
You cannot play like Kirito.
BoB (Battle of Bullets, a massive PvP event to determine the strongest gunner in GGO) now has a partner system. If both the partners survive BoB, they are both named the strongest gunners of GGO.
Spontaneous leveling isn't allowed; jumping from level 4 to 50 in a short time is not possible.

Weapon bonuses can be whatever you like, so long as it suites the weapon itself.
Weapon's base damage:
Sniper Rifles: 1000~3500 (Depending on accuracy).
Assault Rifles: 1000~1500
Shotguns: 500~3000 (Depending on range of shot).
SMGs: 500~1000
LMGs: 750~1100
Pistols: 300~600
Swords: 500~750, can cause an instant death if used properly.
RPGs: 3000~5000, AoE effect can cause self harm.)

Pulling down her menu she breathed a sigh of relief when she saw that all her starts had ported over perfectly.
