"I suppose we'll have to wait and hope" Kiana sighed, "Keg is strong, and it says they aren't resistant to blades, which is exactly what he has"

It had taken Kegyr over 3 hours to reach the Lower District, he stopped and just dropped the 2 monsters, relief flooding into his muscles. He was going to fly straight home but he saw something on the Revorn Bridge, his instincts simply took over as he detoured for the bridge.

Kanade stood at the top of Revorn bridge. At the sight of someone coming she dashed behind a wall but not before she was spotted.

Kegyr landed on the bridge, he folded his wings (Like Max does in Maximum Ride) behind his back. He surveyed the bridge, aware that he could've been led into a trap.
Multiple monsters jumped onto the bridge amd surrounded Kegyr, instictively, he shot ice shards at them, suprised to find out they just shattered upon impact.

Kanade cowered in her hiding place, at war with herself. She sighed and stepped out of her hiding place, her kunai clutched in her hand and the other outstretched.

Kegyr counted 12 monsters in total, he waited for when the first one attacked, he did not hesitate to slice it in half with his sword. 3 others attacked at tge same time, he quickly cut off 2 of monster's heads in one swing, he stabbed the last one in the gland on the throat.

The girl threw her kunai at one of the monsters.

Kegyr watched as a kunai impaled itself into one of the monsters, he didn't have time to look at the source as 2 more attacked him, he managed to cut one in half but other ran into him and knocked him 20 meters from where he was standing.

Another Kunai impaled itself in the eye of the 2nd monster.

Kegyr slowly pulled himself off the ground, the monster had left a large cut on his stomach, which bled profusely, he counted how many remained. 5 left He mouthed, clutching his stomach.

Kanade moved between the monsters and the injured person.
"bloody hell, " she said as the extended both hands towards the monsters and began using her Entropy magic to suck the life force from the monsters.

Anyone else in my condition would've fainted from blood loss Kegyr silently thought, Guess it's something I picked up
He snapped back to attention when a girl stood between him and the monsters and began to work some sort of magic he'd never seen before. 3 of the 5 monsters dropped dead, the other 2 slowly mooved towards them, one ws heading for Kegyr, the other for Kanade.

Kanade threw her last Kunai at the oncoming monster.

Kegyr waited for when the monster was in range, he stabbed it with his katana. After a few moments he doubled over and fell on his knees, his vision was beginning to go blurry.

"hey are you OK?" Kanade asked.

"F-fine" Kegyr winced, "Just a scratch...thanks for the help"

"welcome." she said going to collect her Kunai, "so what brings you to the lower district?"

"Nothing much" Kegyr replied, "Just dumping the two most dangerous creatures in the park"

"I'd ask why I'm I don't care." she said, "do you need a hand getting back to where ever you're from?"

"If you don't mind accompanying me to Top District, sure" Kegyr said, tying his scarf around his stomach at an attempt to bandage his wound.

"well I can't let you drop dead on the way there now can I?"

"Suppose not" He replied, "Follow me, I know multiple low risk shortcuts"

"lead the way." she said.

(Magical magic powers of magical magic timeskip magic!)
After a few hours, they both arrived at the gates of The Shelter. Kegyr had lost a lot of blood, it was flowing freely through his scarf, when he was about to knock on the gates he collapsed, unconscious.

Kanade knocked on the gates panicked.

Somebody looked over the wall, "Who's there?" A woman's voice called out.

"It doesn't matter thus guy's just collapsed!"

The woman hurriedly turned a mechanism as the gates slowly opened, "Can you drag him in?" She yelled, as her voice was barely audible over the screeching of the gate.

john jumped down from the roof he was sleeping on and quickly walked up to Kegyrs aid and helping the stranger bring him in "jesus christ you got yourself in a mess didn't you and who are you might i ask"

Kegyr simply grunted in pain as he was picked up, still unconscious, "Quickly, get him in before the monsters appear!" The woman yelled, "I'll get his sister once he's safe"

(I could'a sworn I posted in this but what the hay)
Kanade grudgingly entered the gate, looking back as it clanged shut.

The woman quickly ran towards the tallest building in The Shelter, a few moments later a small girl come running out of it, a look of shock on her face, "Move aside please!" She called out, landing next to Kegyr, "By the gods..." She muttered, beginning to work her healing magic.

A boy exited from the same doors as the girl however he stood at a distance, watching closely.

Kiana's face began to go somewhat pale, it was clear she was exhausting herself.
