"Usually I'd say something like:oh yay, rabbit guts but seriously well done you three. I'm really useless"

"You didn't do anything though" Ayaka pointed out, "You can't judge yourself on that. Maybe"

"I did say that. fine I'll go with "yay, rabbit guts" then shall I?"

"If that's what you want" Ayaka replied, "Maybe we can stumble across a flammable monster"

"Maybe." she said and they continued up the stairs.

The moment they reached the top of the stairs, a shadow charged at them, dissipating at the last second.
"Shadows?" Kat said, "Why am I not surprised?"

"Because you're too expectant" Ayaka answered.

"well I was surprised, what were they?"

"Shadow Clones" Ayaka answered, "They aren't harmful, but they can be distracting"

"Right. Totally not harmful" Kat mumbled.

The shadows continued to lurk around, though upon closer inspection, it seemed like they were living a normal life.

"This is just weird. lets just finish up here and leave." Just said walking into the room.

"Shadows of a Past Life" Kat commented
"You know what these are?" Ayaka asked
"I read about them...These shadows are the soul of a life that was stolen" Kat said

A few minutes after wandering, the room began to shake, the shadows disappeared and something began to rise from the ground.

"arr what's happening?" Just said, panicked while trying to keep her footing

"He's here" Ayaka said, "The person responsible for this tower"
"Lovely" Kat said, "Maybe we'll invite him out for some tea and discuss whether or not we should die"

"She just stole my job," Just complained.

"I believe he is an inappropriate statement" A disembodied female voice called out, "Not all evil-doers are men"

Ayaka drew his sword, preparing for an attack

"Oh" Kat said, "Is she going to be dressed all slut like? That's how female antagonists dress in the books I read"

"Well being evil is just their day job. Do you really expect them to change their clothes on the hour?"

"At least when they wake up in the morning" Kat said, "A dress even, it's not that hard"

"SILENCE" The voice shouted, finally appearing before them in a flame red dress that wasn't revealing whatsoever.

"That was kinda an anti-climax," Just said, "Nice dress though."

"Hmph" The woman said, "At least one of you have some measure of manners"

"Says the lady trying to kill us" Ayaka commented.

"Well, you trespassed on my home...so...my punishment is..." She trailed off trying to decide what to do, "Ah, yes, death by skeletons"
She clapped her hands and vanished in a cloud of smoke, leaving behind a swarm of skeletons.

"great more fighting," Just complained, "remind me to get some sort of weapon when we get back to town."

"You can use my sword if you want" Ayaka said, blasting ice at the skeletons.

"Gate of The Twins and Gate of The Maiden, I open thee!" Kat shouted, summoning both Virgo and Gemini.

"I'll be Okay," she said. A skeleton lunged at her, " On second thought yes please."

Ayaka quickly threw his sword at Just, as he faced more skeletons, "Ice-make: Falling Star!" He shouted as a massive star made of ice hit the skeletons, shattering about 10 of them.

Gemini morphed into Kat as they both ganged up on skeletons with their staff, virgo simply made holes in the ground, forcing the skeletons to plummet and break.

Just caught the sword. she pumped electricity through her hands, charging the sword with lighting power. She swung it at a skeleton, braking it in half

Ayaka switched his stance at glared at the remaining skeletons, "Soul Rending Crash of the Water God!" He yelled, as multiple streaks of black water coiled up the skeletons and eventually exploded them.

(Also is it wrong that I CANNOT hate Rouge and Sting? or Fro and Lecter?)

"Am not" Ayaka replied, grinning slightly.

"Impressive, but can you keep it up?" The evil non-slutty female villain said, her voice in no specific location.

2 swarms of skeletons appeared from the ground.

"you have got to be kidding me," Just said backing away.

"Hah!" Ayaka let out, "This just keeps getting better and better!"

He switched his stance again, summoning black water in one hand and ice in the other, "Ice Make: Water God's Melancholy!" He shouted, combing the two magics together and releasing them is a twisting torrent of black ice, once it hit the skeletons, it violently exploded into thousands of tiny shards, taking out at least 25 skeletons.

Kat held her staff up, a bright light gathering at the tip. After a few seconds, she lowered her staff until it was pointing at a group of skeletons, "Celestial Blast!" She shouted, sending a shimmering beam of golden light at the skeletons, evaporating 4 more.

Just readied her sword, Okay well not exactly her sword but whatever, as three skeletons charged at her. She swung at one of them, over compensated the sword's weight and missed. The skeleton flung her to the wall where she hit not a stone wall but an iron cage.

"Are you Okay?" A voice asked.
"Yeah," she said reflexively then realised that walls, nor cages could talk. She spun around. Inside the cage was a boy about her age, his face was covered in mud and his clothes were tattered. "Hang on, I'm gonna get you out," she said and began melt the lock.

"Kat, keep them off me for a bit" Ayaka called out, slightly hunched over, it was clear he was beginning to get exhausted.

"Nah, I'll take em all out" Kat replied, holding up the two zodiac keys she had, "Combined Summoning: The Twin Maidens!"

A golden light flashed from the keys, taking on a somewhat watery appearance, as Virgo and Gemimi returned to the celestial spirit world. After a few seconds, two golden lights beamed down in front of Kat as two people appeared, one seemed to take on the appearance of the normal Virgo, while the other was a male Virgo, in a butler's outfit.

"Punishment time, hime?" They said in unison.
"No...I want you two to wipe these skellies out" She said.

With that, Female Virgo tunneled underground, while Male Virgo jumped into the air, M. Virgo landed on the head of skeleton and activated a type of spell, which seemed to shatter the very air, causing some skeletons to shatter on the spot, the remaining skeletons simply fell into a large chasm which closed the moment they disappeared from the battlefield.

"Good job" Kat said, recalling the spirits to the Celestial Spirit World.

"This is starting to get on my nerves" The totally-not-slutty villain said, reappearing in front of Ayaka and Kat, "You two are quite the handful."

The very air around her seemed to be simmering with heat.
