Yuma's ears twitched has they picked up familiar voices. And another noise a very bad vary Grim noise.
The two girls seemed completely oblivious to the impending danger. He ran towards them, Well actually into them and by them I mean Lana.

Lana fell backwards into the ground as she collided with Yuma, she quickly got off the ground and drew her sword however, but lowered her sword as she recognized the male who bumped into her,
"Ohhai" Lana said, casually sheathing her sword, "How did you get here?"

he put a finger to his lips and mouthed 'Grim' then pointed in front of them.

Lilia looked at where he was pointing, she as startled, but not as much as she would've been had she seen them without being warned.
"Lovely" She whispered.

Yuma draw his shotgun, careful to be quiet.

Rina drew her sword equally as quietly.
(I kinda feel like we need another OC. I still have to make the bad guy so I'm not sure if I should)

Lana unsheathed her sword and allowed the blades to spread to imitate the claw is was named after.
"Ready whenever" she said.

"Now!" Yuma said as the grim(one m or two?) turned away. He ran at the beasts, firing his shot gun a few times before switching it into it's katana form and slashing at the Beowolfs.

Lana swiftly followed Yuma, when she had closed in she sliced at the neck, hoping that it'd die instantly after losing it's head.

Rina ran to the side shooting the Grim before jumping and stabbing it through the head.

Lana cartwheeled towards another grim, promptly jabbing it in multiple places at once with her sword, then slicing of it's head as she had before.

The Beowolf yuma had shot at fell to the ground,dead. he jumped in front of another one, shooting it directly into the face of another, then stabbed it through the head.

Rina ran at the last Beowolf, sliding under it she stabbed and(more or less) gutted the grim(well she would have if it had guts.

"Is that...it?" Lana said through her exhaustion. She didn't have a lot of stamina to begin with.

"Yeah I think so," Yuma said.
"good," Rina huffed.

"So, where now?" She asked, still someone recovering from exhaustion.

"Um...." Rina said.
"That way," Yuma said confidently, pointing along the past the grim had made.

"Lead on then" Lana said, looking at where he pointed, "I can't stay is a straight line for long"

Yuma nodded, "okay," and heading deeper into the forest.

Lana followed him, staying close not creepily close.

The trio arrived at a clearing. In its center there was a semi circle of large Chess peace shaped statutes.
"So do we like just grab one?" Yuma said, stepping forward.

"I guess?" Lilia said, running up to a piece, "Is there a queen? We should take the queen."

Yuma looked around, tight in the center sat a golden King and Queen.
"Brilliant. You guys take the Queen, I'll take the King," he said grabbing the piece.

Lana happily grabbed the queen and hugged it. The piece was too large for her to hold with one hand.

"So I guess we head back now?"
Rina had remained quite the whole time.

"I don't know, do we?" Lana said, "Did he specify on what we had to do after we got the pieces?"

"I don't think he did..." Rina said.
"maybe we should like take them back to the school or somethi-?" Yuma was cut off by his and Lana's phones beeping.

Yuma looked up. there was no beacon.
"Was that a typo?" Rina asked, "Or do they want us to take it back to school?"

"Beacon?" Lana said, "It sounds familiar, I think we should check up with the school though."

"Sounds like a plan," Yuma said. He closed his eyes and used his echo-location again. "the school is that way," he said, pointing to the right. (toward that weird bridge thing which I now deem is connected tho the school)

Rina followed and Yuma took the lead, seeing as Lana would lead them in a big circle

Lana followed Yuma, trusting that he knew where to go.
"What if the pieces were trapped and some horrible creature is on its way to kill us?"

"well we're not at a knitting a academy now are we?" Yuma replied sarcastically. this made Rina chuckle.

"Knitting can be dangerous." Lana replied, in her own sarcastic voice, "You might prick your finger until you die! Think of the horrors!"

"I think you're thinking of sewing," Rina said. the girl was beginning to loosen up around the to and was becoming less shy.

"I thought you use crochet needles whe knitting, which are pretty sharp" Lilia said, not knowing what a crochet needle actually was.

"Crocheting and knitting are different things, a Crochett "needle" is actually a hook and not used in knitting."

"Oh" Lilia said, "Well kntting needles still hurt."

"um...well not really, unless someone's stabbing you with them"
